So I've read that the bachelor in psychology give a 10% crime success rate bonus, but is it permanent or you can still lose it if you get jailed too often? And this question also can apply to the merit bonus, you can buy a 3% crime success rate bonus (maybe its 1% I forgot) but is this bonus passive and cannot be lost?

I read the whole post, but in the end I'm not sure if its safe or not? I'm in a similar situation, my bf and I both play torn on the same computer and sometimes right after he goes to work I log in... I dont want either of us to get ban for it especially since I started playing after him out of curiosity. If we do get ban is there a way to recover? Should I contact someone to warn them not to ban us?
