This year I am going to quit f**king around and train like there is no tomorrow, plus we get to start our year (a little late) debt free as a faction and free from our bondage.
I also want to work on maintaining a calm, cool and professional manner even in the face of anger, incivility or stupidity. I've been getting a lot of practice lately...
