Willing to pay based on stats until we get to 3 stars the will reasses salary.
My goal is to get to 7* in 2 months. We've gotten our first star in 5 days and on track to get the second star this second week in business.
Will pay significantly to get higher stat players but open to any applications.

With those work stats you may be better off waiting. I'm assuming you saw 8m a day on prior posts about it but those people had 100k+ in a single work stat.
Right now you hardly meet the minimum for most roles so you'd just be pushing employee effectiveness to "normal".
My advice would be to sit on this book a few years until you build some decent stats and then try this.
