Once upon a time there was a guy named ched.he was the average computer geek that wasn't so special until he thought of an idea! Torn city! He started creating the game... took many years to develop the text based crime game but he had finally found the secret formula to make the perfect TEXT RPG CRIME game. And now he has 100's of staff at his disposal and millions of dollars. Thank you chedburn for making an amazing game full of amazing staff!
