The average time a ranked war is far from random according to my data. I have conducted a short experiment to see when the ranked wars generally start.
Backstory
To provide a bit more of backstory, with ranked wars matchmaking usually taking somewhere between 3-10 days (in my relative small experience) it can not be planned around accordingly. With the majority of our members being within the North-American time zone, I had noticed that the start of all our ranked wars was a bit unfortunate. Since they were impossible to plan around the weekend, they always occurred in the early afternoon TCT.
So at almost all wars, we encountered a heavy initial loss. Bear in mind that we aren't a super dedicated faction but this system is meant to be fun for all participants and not just hardcore factions.
Results
The test was conducted out of 31 ranked wars (700-670) and I found out that the average starting time is between 16:00-17:00 TCT.
In fact 80.6% of the tested wars start between 12:01-21:00, in a span of 9 hours out of 24, if it were to be random it would be 37.5%.
TLDR:
Ranked wars start massively within European times, thus making it extremely difficult to plan around for anyone living outside of this time-zone.
Resulting in a large disadvantage, specifically early on for factions that are not having a huge European member-base.
Food for thought
I understand the complications that this might be the most active time-period for everyone as average, but that does not suit it very well. Imagine nearly all your wars start at 04:00 AM and either finish, or be at a large disadvantage before you arrive home from work.
Like sure, if we treat it like a true hardcore game where everyone is as dedicated as a HoF faction you could just say to recruit and cover the specific time zones, or set alarms and call in sick but this should not be a thing in lower ranks of faction war IMO.
Imagine you being a Japanese only faction with UTC +9 , you'd be completely f**ked to pieces before the war starts because you either sleep or have to go to work when the average ranked war begins.

Then the staff should mention something like: Hey, your report indeed looks suspicious. We will accumulate more evidence but at this moment there is not sufficient evidence.
I was dead dead certain this guy would get perma fedded so it hit me like a rock, boils down to either the inability to act with very very obvious signs, a bad investigation or the accusations was false. No inbetweens and since the report answer implied the latter I am greatly dissapointed. The fact that I have seen DMs with discord logs about the person in question which indicates a transfer of ownership (alongside the sudden leave from a HOF faction (PT)
and have seen confirmation about my accusation that he was a well known multi user makes the case only more apparent and stronger.
I posted it here by mistake, I should had DMd privately. I was being told a couple hours afterwards and then figured that the harm was done already.
