So, I see that when you click on it after a week, you can collect it (assuming it's ready). But what if you waited longer?
would you still collect all of those for however many were ready? or would you only collect 1? or is there some kind of limit to how many you can collect at once? Or maybe something else entirely?
if someone could answer my question, that'd be greatly appreciated.
I'm gonna be real with you; your argument isn't necessarily valid. I can tell you're new to the game, so you may not be able to tell, but this is a very long term game. Just the education courses alone take something like up to 4 years to complete all of them if you're completely efficient and have all of the passive buffs to reduce education time (I'm not considering active ones, as that makes things a bit more difficult as I don't know the details for it all and I'm too lazy to figure it out). But you should expect to take a while and a half in order to really get going with your stats.
On top of that; these companies aren't for new players. They're to make money primarily, though many forgo the money in return for training their work stats and to get the company benefits, which can be very good. In order for the companies to make money though, they need effective employees with high work stats, hence why the high work stat requirement which new players obviously wouldn't have.
Unfortunately for the new levels, higher stats and greater capability lead to more opportunities available for oneself, and thus the opposite applies as well; there aren't infinite opportunities at any given moment. If you want to get to the happy jump stage, I suggest you do what I said above and try to get a company (the kind that doesn't require high work stats) to hire you in exchange for frequent training rather than payment via money. You can use the job points to use some of the benefits to try earn money while you do that, or you could run some side hustles. There's plenty of information available for new players in regards to guides on how to get levelled up fast, as well as information about how to earn money at various stages in one's progression.
All-in-all, it's a long road ahead, but there's nothing to worry about. It's not just boring long-term grinding, but somehow made entertaining through all the activities you can do while you can grind in the background (most notably, Faction activities). I wish you luck and hope you enjoy the game!
