Upgrading the latest Windows 10 is a disaster, isn't it ?

And I did it yesterday, but I don't know whether the upgrade was successful or not, because the computer went black,and I'm locked out of the computer now, I wonder what else can I do to log on to my computer again ?

Thanks ,i did what you said, but it didn't work out. Things got worse and worse.i was locked out of the computer.
