I wonder if it would be better to just simply steal chocolate over jackets. Bix boxes sell for $2900 and jackets $400. I rarely fail either. Is jacket xp that much better?

I have been trying to follow everyone's advice and steal jackets. The past week or so I had at least an 8/10 success rate. The past 12 hours I have failed about 80% of the thefts. Did something change or am I just being unlucky?
