i just noticed that all mugs are coming up empty for me,
even known inactives with money, people that ive been hitting for over a year and always yield -something-...
another faction mate was saying the same for them.

I have an active subscription, but lost donator status today.

100e, slow recharge, no notepad, the whole thing.

i've sent an email to payments@torn.com . both torn and paypal show i have an active subscription.

any ideas?

Hi.

Using the donator search function (the binoculars).

I can search for faction 'relentless' and get a list of faction members.

I cannot search for my faction 'Noobs With Attitude!'

I've tried every permutation of the name, with and without !, even tried the old faction name, and substituting ! with &#387 and &amp

Tested in chrome and firefox. happens regardless of flight status. have had other users try with same results.

where can I learn more about this? does downtime happen regularly? so if I understand, there is no point in mugging anyone who hasn't logged in within 12 hours of any downtime? is this a new 'feature'?

I am having the same problem.
Specifically, I get 403 when going to torn.com via chrome, firefox, and brave browsers
they all sits at the 'checking your browser, wait 5 seconds' page for about 2-3 seconds, then shows 403
but for some reason, no problems using edge browser

also can confirm that torn.com/index.php works fine everywhere

Fwiw, payments@ gave me temp donator status till the paypal pending payment completed (which happened / should happen today too).

Just seems strange that an active 31 day subscription started jan 17 wouldn't renew till Feb 18 (instead of feb 17).

I'm hoping I don't have this problem every month.

confirmed. searching in the standard bar, i get a popup as i type, and i can select my faction, and the search result is the faction page, as intended.

yes, searching for my faction still results in 33k pages of results, which i assume is every player in the game.
