My natural nerve was 25 and a had 3 added via merits for a total of 28. I reset my merits. And maxed out my crime. Exp merits. I've not been arrested in months and I've definitely not been arrested since today when I did the reset. Suddenly im back to NNB 20. I fully expected it to drop to 25 since I didn't replace those 3 points,
I've failed several bounties but never thought the two were related, I've not busted anyone out of jail, not attempted any arrests and I've only had 3 blue results since I was at 25 which everything tells me isn't a negative effect ...what happened here?

No fails on faction OC since before I was up to 25. But I'm sure I only had 3 because I had been needing the fourth to help do specific crimes more but couldn't justify it
I'm 99.9% sure I only had 3 because I've been complaining about not being able to justify a fourth which would have made it possible to do 1 more crime per bar... Not sure who Joshua is but if he can help I'll be super happy.
