So after spending way too much time planning this thing while absolutely not qualified to operate industrial machinery, I finally opened an Oil Rig company.
The goal here isn’t to flip the company in two weeks and disappear into the fog like half the business owners in Torn. I’m building this one for the long haul and looking for active people who want to grow with it from the start.
Honestly, I don’t really care if you’re a veteran or completely new. Looking for people that wanna get in early while the whole thing is still held together with duct tape, ambition, and suspiciously loud machinery.
Trying to build an actually chill company, there’s plans for proper growth here. Future perks, rotational training, all that good stuff once the rig starts climbing. Right now we’re just getting the engines running and trying not to inhale whatever’s leaking from Barrel #7.
Activity matters more to me than perfect stats. I’d rather build a solid crew of people who actually stick around than turn the place into another lifeless paycheck factory.
Only real requirements are: be active, don’t disappear into another dimension without warning, and please don't asking what happened to Barrel #7.

Barrel #7 was installed during early rig setup as standard storage official label: “Lubricant & Spare Components” what exactly happened only few know but refuse to talk about it.
It is also the reason snacks are now classified as “mandatory infrastructure”.
