I went the Sell it / rent my own / marry for PI a few months after I won mine in the casino.. I invested all the cash I had from the sale.

It gave a fair chunk of passive income so I could focus on training, stacking cash or what have you.
It's definitely what I'd suggest if you dont have a PI already and dont have a steady source of passive income yet
