i need someone to take down my bounty and then i need to attack them, im more then happy to try and loose against you as it states i do not have to win against you.
the target is lvl 20 so the chances of me hurting you with my low stats are low i expect to die.

100% agree, its almost like a trophyto some people and used as a get out of jail free card.
the worse use of it however is simply labeling someone something just because there slightly quirky or learnt something growing up that somehow doesn't fit in during school life but is completely useful for adulthood.
more people need to be aware of this and just how easy it is to get diagnosed with these supposed problems of growing up.
I may be uneducated so look into this yourself, i would highly suggest possibly adding more calories in the form of very green vegies (can be very helpful in regulating insulin and fend off diabetes if heard) and in new zealand it is easy to get beetroot i heard which is good for the heart so i'ld suggest adding that too.
If the diet doesn't work out dont beat yourself up change takes time and you might just need another tactic, i think vexed is definitely onto something there.
Lastly remember processed foods are evil haha, try swapping out them with more whole foods like white bread for rye bread (another one that can help insulin levels as white bread can spike insulin alot)
Trying to find a lifestyle is the most crucial thing and to create one around food that suits you can take a long time of trial and error and testing the waters.
