Controversies and arrests

In 2014, Zdorovetskiy was arrested for invading the field during the 2014 FIFA World Cup Final between Germany and Argentina in Brazil.^[19]

On May 25, 2016, he was arrested for trespassing after climbing the Hollywood Sign, as part of a video stunt.^[20] On June 10, he was again arrested for streaking during Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors, with security quickly apprehending and arresting the YouTuber.^[21]

However, during the 2019 Cricket World Cup Final between England and New Zealand, Zdorovetskiy's mother, Elena Vulitsky attempted to emulate her son's girlfriend's success at the Champions League final.^[23] Vulitsky was pictured wearing clothing with the "Vitaly Uncensored" logo on it, but was stopped by stewards from streaking.

In January 2020, Zdorovetskiy was arrested and spent five days in an Egyptian jail after climbing the Pyramids of Giza.^[24]

In April 2020, he was arrested and later charged for aggravated battery by Miami Beach Police. Zdorovetskiy allegedly tackled a female jogger and struck her multiple times in the head and chest.^[25] He was released from custody after posting a $7,500 bond.^[26]

 Not one of those articles is praising public nudity, so I'm not sure where you get that it's supported and not illegal.  Islamic countries also have people that do things that aren't legal, the punishment is just more severe and the media censors more of it.

Again, I only asked you 3 short questions relating to one verse and the verses that would relate to it, I just provided context for each question. I don't get how this is so "scattershot" for you. You completely ignored responding to why you think that statement is clearcut when it is interpreted (not translated) differently by many scholars and the other verses seem to point away from you saying that it CLEARLY shows that violence against innocent people is not tolerated. What makes someone innocent from the interpretation of the Quran? Is it being a "Orthodox" Muslim? I'm not sure the proper word, so orthodoxy is probably the best fit. This is not an Arabic lesson, as I wouldn't go to a public forum for that. I'm asking your opinion on already interpreted verses. Overall, I'm asking this question because I would like to know what defines someone as innocent in your interpretations. It's very applicable to the war currently evolving, the conversation this forum post was made on and who would be deemed guilty by the Quran.

Also, it was a joke about the leap from kissing in public to people f**king in the streets, but there was still a relevant point. How do you say that western or European countries support public nudity and public sex when this goes against the actual laws of the country. Even in Malaysia, it is well known that the PDA laws are loosely applied in the capital and mainly only for large public gathering areas and it's the length of the kiss or hug that basically determines its legality.

Someone mentions kissing being illegal in public and you make a whole leap to public sex and public nudity. 

You're also going to some crazy parades apparently. You really shouldn't be looking up that kind of content. I haven't managed to accidently stumble on public sex parades. Might just be the content you ingest.

Islam has clear teachings condemning harm and promoting justice. The verse "That is why We ordained for the Children of Israel that whoever takes a life—unless as a punishment for murder or mischief in the land—it will be as if they killed all of humanity.." (Al Quran 5:32) doesn’t leave room for anyone to justify violence against innocents. It is as clear-cut as it can be.

How can you state this is as clear-cut as it can be? Even searching the topic there are many people that interpret this differently. I'm not really in this debate, but I would like to know your opinion on it.

If we examine Surah Al-Baqarah, we can gain a clearer understanding of the concept of "mischief in the land":

8. And of mankind, there are some (hypocrites) who say: "We believe in Allâh and the Last Day" while in fact they believe not.

9. They (think to) deceive Allâh and those who believe, while they only deceive themselves, and perceive (it) not!

10. In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and Allâh has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies.

11. And when it is said to them: "Make not mischief in the land," they say: "We are only peacemakers."

12. Verily! They are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not.

 

From this passage, it is evident that the "mischief makers" mentioned are actually hypocrites or apostates. It is important to note that the term "mischief" does not equate to "murder." This distinction can be observed in Surah Al-Maidah 5:32:

if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people.

 

Ironically, this passage is often cited by Muslim apologists to argue that Islam promotes peace. However, it is essential to acknowledge that the term "innocent life" here refers specifically to good orthodox Muslims.

Surah Al-Furqan - 63-73

The ˹true˺ servants of the Most Compassionate are those who walk on the earth humbly, and when the foolish address them ˹improperly˺, they only respond with peace.

“No people go astray after being guided except that they indulge in arguments.” Then the Prophet ﷺ recited the verse, {They strike an example for you only to argue. Rather, they are a quarrelsome people.} (Qur’an 43:58)

"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever gives up telling lies in support of a false claim, a palace will be built for him in the outskirts of Paradise. Whoever gives up argument when he is in the right, a palace will be built from him in the middle (of Paradise). And whoever had good behavior, a palace will be built for him in the highest reaches (of Paradise).'"

Would this mean that because you are here arguing something you "know" is right on a forum, that you don't believe will change the minds of the people you're talking to for no reason other than feeling like you need to tell everyone your opinion, make you going against the will of Allah and therefore not innocent and guilty enough to be murdered? Shouldn't you be actually out helping your community and not attempting to breed hatred?

And lastly

وَلاَ تُؤْتُواْ السُّفَهَآءَ أَمْوَلَكُمُ الَّتِى جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ قِيَـماً

(And do not give your property, which Allah has made a means of support for you, to the foolish) (4:5).

Allah answered the hypocrites in all of these instances. For instance, Allah said here,

أَلاَ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَآءُ

(Verily, they are the fools). Allah thus affirmed that the hypocrites are indeed the fools, yet,

Do you vet every single person you purchase something from and where the money goes (aka your property) to insure they are not hypocrites?

Or are you of the understanding this relates "Fools" to women and children as others have? And in that case, do you vet to ensure that your property does not go to women and children when purchasing anything?

Or the interpretation

what is meant by safeeh (sing. of sufaha’) is one who is not able to dispose of money in a proper way, whether male or female. That includes the insane, young children and adult men or women who not able to dispose of money in a proper way, rather they waste it and spend it on things that do not benefit them.

Actually curious here to learn about your faith and what you interpret this as and whether you're even suppose to interpret the word of Allah on your own?
