For people that dont know how binary works:

Every 1 or 0 represents a 2^x where x is the position of the number starting from the right.
  • 1 means that it is active
  • 0 means it is inactive
so basically you can make yourself a table with all the 1s and 0s, and the 2^x

Here is an example:

Convert 10110 into decimals:
1 0 1 1 0
2^4=16 2^3=8 2^2=4 2^1=2 2^0=1
so we have: 16+4+2= 22


So how do you convert a decimal into binary?

Step 1:
Well it is very simple, you just have to find the biggest value of 2^x (lets call this value: y) that fits into your decimal number substract the value y from your decimal number and write down a 1. Then you look at 2^(x-1):

Step 2:
  • if it fits into the remainder write down 1 and substract the new y from the remainder. Now decrease x by 1 again.
  • If it doesnt fit, write down 0. Now decrease x by 1 again.
You repeat Step 2 until x=0.


Here is an example:

Convert 43 into binary:
1 0 1 0 1 1
2^5=32 2^4=16 2^3=8 2^2=4 2^1=2 2^0=1
43-32 11 11-8 3 3-2 1-1
So the solution is 101011

Hi, I am still very new to this game (compared to others), especially to the graphics forum, but I already have a little experience in making some designs for the torn community. So I decided to put up this thread to show some examples of the the stuff I have made so far, so you can maybe give me some advice and tips to help me improve and maybe even request something if you like what you see.

Hi, I am looking for a new job in torn, since the company I worked at went downhill, unfortunately.

The job should pay well, with that I mean I was employed in a 7-9* Adult Novelties Store, therefore I would prefer if the payment would be around the same (i was paid 200-250k + selling eDVDs, with no taxes), but the more, the better. Also, there were sometimes free trains as well, so if u can offer this too, that's also a big plus point. The most important point though is, that the company should have a nice, accepting and welcoming environment ^^

Now for myself I am active nearly every day (EU-timezone), but sometimes I might miss one or two days cause irl stuff. Oh, and I rehab when it's needed and these are my stats:
  • Manual Labor: 25,091
  • Intelligence: 48,824
  • Endurance: 50,545

Weird 5 billion networth anomaly ·

Hello, so as described in the title I have random 5 billion networth anomaly, which occurred on the 30. December according to my total networth graph. Here is a screenshot:

So I consulted a staff member who suggested that it might have been some item I possessed which increased in value over a short period of time though imo this price fluctuation seems rather unlikely especially after I compared it with the graph for my networth in my inventory. Here is a screenshot:

Basically I could not find anything which could explain this drastic change in my networth and no I did not trade anything at least nothing that I know of during that time. Idk if this is a bug or sth else, but the staff member suggested to me I should post about this issue in the Bugs and Issues forum, if I want to know what it is, soo this is what I did.

Review hungry trader, but actually very nice and polite, though didn't notice an item I had in the trade which was not on the price list, but quick to respond on the mistake, after I pointed it out.
