As a player of Torn I get how mad it can seem, constant attacks and everything. But for the lower levels I have a solution!! If you ever feel as someone is bullying you, constantly picking on you, or just deep down want revenge I suggest you send me a quick private message! if you have been mugged I shall provide the money I receive from them, if not a simple hospitalization will do!

I believe the level holders are helpful. I'm one of them myself! Daily I give donations to lower levels and newbies to get them started. Keeps the game fresh. I get there is the risk of people using it to target low levels but removing the NPC chat after 30 days doesn't help. Second a 30 day player hits that mark, they'll be targeted by everyone who can be level 15-90.
