Prevent zooming when focusing an input [iOS] · · 0 likes

On the Torn iOS app (and possibly mobile Safari as well), when I tap on an input field to type, it zooms in on the field. After I'm done typing, I always need to reverse-pinch to zoom out. This is a bit cumbersome.

It would be helpful to prevent this zooming by setting the font-size on form fields to at least 16px.

Thanks for the fix! Such a big difference, not having to constantly adjust the zoom.

I believe it's the latest version available on the App Store right now.

Application version: 0.2.17
iOS version: 12.3.1


The zooming happens in the iOS Safari browser as well. So, I believe the fix would need to done in the CSS, rather than in the Torn app (which I assume uses the Safari View Controller, hence the similar behavior).

This is happening to me on the Torn iOS app as well. I think the solution to the automatic zooming on iOS is to change the font-size of form inputs to (atleast) 16px.
