Does anyone know the proper syntax for changing the chat highlight color?

EDIT: I found the answer in the help wiki "You will remain in hospital until the timer runs out, even if your life is fully restored"

I came online and was in the hospital after being attacked by someone. My Life bar is at full so I have not taken a health item. Is this a bug?
