Hide casino news from ticker if self-excluded · · 12 likes

Title is pretty self-explanatory, but I suggest that the news ticker would not show any casino related news or information

if you have self-excluded yourself from the casino.

Showing them if you're self-excluded, especially for gambling addiction reason, does more harm than provides benefits.

I wish some of them would. Our faction chat is a mess after a good nights sleep

API v2 attacklog player names · · 1 like

Querying attack logs via API v2 sometimes returns player names replaced with "Someone" in the log text.

Example query:

https://api.torn.com/v2/torn/attacklog?log=02e90d73f795dd7d1006462895d6bc86&offset=0&striptags=true&key=

In the query above, everyone included in the attack log is known and their ids are there, but everyone expect the "initial" players (Rosti and babayagaPL) are referenced as "Someone"

That's perfectly valid reason to conceal the actual reason to hold your war pay

Just stumbled upon to this myself. Can confirm from my end that it's and issue with doing comparison between string and number.

Working after deleting and saving again.

Thank you for the quick fix!

Saving a message removes links · · 1 like

Hey,

I saved a message with id of 255755656 related to JLT containing links to google sheet and discord.

After viewing the saved message, both links were converted to https://www.torn.com/%5C

Tried removing the saved message and saving it again producing same result.

Also tried saving few other messages containing links and they preserved their original links.

Unable to navigate to sub forums or posts ·

I was unable to replicate the issue with all extensions turned off with incognito.

I did manage to narrow it down though.

For some reason ProtonPass Password Manager extension caused the issue. After disabling only it and reloadin the page things worked again.
