Everything is well put ..  concerns are genuine.But few things that didn’t click as I don’t spend irl money as well.

1.u can buy donators pack in the market with torn money, period. 
2. Dn’t blame others for chain broken, being a chain watcher u should plan accordingly and discuss with your faction beforehand about how to handle such situations. (U din’t know ur limitations while u were watching or what?)

Personally I m with you and yes discrimination is there for poor people in game.. There should be some perks of being active or daily login daily streaks that will give you special reward. Like logging in for 1 mnth daily gives a donator pack or such.

(Positive to the power of infinity) I think this counts as something positive. 

Indeed 4 refills decreased to 3.33. It would be better if the developers consider to adjust the block values or the refill cost itself. Suggestion from Mogul is considerable but who knows developers have some better plans to align with the current game mechanics.
