People generally are renting properties that are better than the best property they currently own. For example at present I own a mansion, but I'm renting a Private Island, A private Island is much better than a Mansion especially if it has an airstrip, but there is no way I could afford to buy a Private Island outright, but I could afford to rent one for a month, but if my lease ran out at present the game would put me into the shack rather than back into my mansion.

Its a great idea. Not just for suitcases. If a rookie joins your faction it would be great to be able to offer them a start up pack of equipment with a mix of weapons, armour and equipment that they give back once they can afford their own.

We know you are talking out your ass, cause Iribuya wouldn't be able to initiate an attack against you. New Players are protected from attack from players a lot stronger than them so it would be impossible for Iribuya to initiate such an attack.
Even if such an attack was possible, you have a net worth of about 500k it wouldn't be worth Iribuya's time to mug someone with so little to gain
