I'll keep it short. In light of the 2021 Mr. Torn winner, I thought it's a great time to introduce a new melee weapon.
Oxygen tank.

Thank <3

Damage- 50-55 (Comparable to Cricket Bat)
Accuracy- 45-50 (Comparable to Cricket Bat)
Chance of exploding from bullets/incendiary damage if it's hit during combat, doing slight damage to both players.
Good for guaranteed damage if this^ happens. (Think temporary devices)

*********************************Community Proposed Changes**********************************************
1. Temporary weapon with high damage w/ a small chance if it takes damage to blow up and kill everyone in the fight
2. Give it mediocre melee stats, and a chance on any gunfire to do HEG damage to both players.
3. Could be some sort of boost if the other player has a flamethrower, along the lines of O2 and FIRE equals BIG BANG
4.

that is the question.

Hi everyone (:

I have some free time to kill during work, so for an undisclosed amount of time, I'll be entertaining myself in the form of forums!

I'll be sending out free gifts to everyone who comments... As long as the person below you will allow it!

You can either allow or forbid for any reason you find necessary. Maybe it's the way they walk, maybe it's the way they talk... Whatever you say is a reason, is reason enough for me! (as long as it's within the forum rules)

Just some ground rules so I don't go broke too quick:
You must be in a faction, can't be "approved" by the same person, or by someone from the same faction as you. Gifts could come in cash or items, won't be less than 100k of value, and kinda depends on how many gifts I'll be sending out!

But yes, you can play more than once!
Cheers everyone, have fun!

Bump

"Can we see Chedburn partnering with Facebook/Roblox or any such platform"

Did this man really suggest a Torn x Roblox collab??

What the f**k is wrong with you

Hiring again! Pm me! :D

Ommgg it's been so long!!!

I'm so glad you found your way back! :'D

what reviver did I mug?
you sound arrogant and starting shit for no reason?

Edit -- ahh yes, the classic 100 day newb who stirs up drama lol

Yeah it is, when they can't be bothered to read anything without posting. On a text based game, lmao

Can you read the thread or is that too much for you? Maybe previous posts in the thread?

Bump

less than likeable because I don't think it's an obligation to pay someone who never asked to be paid, until AFTER the service.

Oh well lol. I'm sorry you feel like that. I understand the mentality though!

I just don't think it's an obligation to pay someone who never asked for payment before they did the service.

If payment should come first, why are you bitching at me? Totally negates the thread completely when you look at it like that.

Totally disagree, "Freevives", advertisements, etc are in there all the time. Read what other people have said in the thread, it might help a little too.

Oh sorry, didn't know you were a restart here. Nice though, it's a fantastic place and fantastic people.

Anyways, where's the other drama??? -- I see you edited with a link to where I called a faction leader, who is also a vault thief, a loser. Pretty sure 99.9% of Torn would agree with that statement tbf.

How is shameful to not want to pay someone when there is no talks of payment beforehand -- refer to my other replies if you're looking for an argument.

Also, if you read the very top of the thread, I did pay. And as I've stated several times before in this thread; I get the general consensus, I'm wrong, and I sent them the money for it.

What drama, other than this? I'll literally pay you 50m if you can find me am example and you weren't ever in my faction...

Nice karma post LOL.

Because my dumbass had like 2 hours left to complete the mission, and the person was in the hospital for another 3 hours :(

-- The mission was to put someone in the hospital for 12 hrs total

The revive wasn't for me, it was for someone I needed for a mission. No one randomly revives a target that's been inactive for 1000+ days.
Also, where else would of been the better place for me to ask for a revive?

Yeah, because there shouldn't be an expectation of payment if it's not mentioned beforehand, as no other service works like that in Torn. (Bounty reveals, Company boost, etc)
Especially now, with the amount of free revivers just looking to boost their skill level.

But I get the general consensus, I'm wrong, and I sent them the money for it.

Yeah, that's standard price, but i've made my argument in the previous replies.

I wanted a general discussion to know if I was more in the wrong, or if he was expecting $$ when they shouldn't of. I see from the general consensus I was wrong and should pay for it.

I mean, if you do a service for a price, you should probably disclose that price before you do the service.

That's just common sense...

And yes, of course that's a reasonable expectation that "if you drink in a bar, you will have to pay for it", because that's literally how every single bar anywhere works.

However, they're tons of free revivers in Torn, and if you don't express you're a paid reviver why should it be a reasonable expectation you should pay for the revive, if there is no mention beforehand? It's the same thing free revivers do.
