I posted in global by accident rather than trade looking for a revive during elimination and was bountied by a level 100 saying -

I didn't realise to use trade chat, I'm a relatively new player.

Since then I tried to send her a message asking why the bounty, seemed a bit unfair, but maybe she's a Torn staff member or chat moderator? The message was blocked so I sent one to her husband as I was annoyed by this point, and have had this back since..
