Hello I am not sure if this has been suggested by anyone before myself I ha e had a look and search and couldnt find anything so I do apologize if it has allready.
But moving on, When you own a company and trying to make thing run smoothly as you can on a day to day basis and knowing that members who suddenly just stop playing the game and don't notify you can start to slowly decrease the effectiveness of your company can be annoying but having to open every members profile every day to see when they last logged in can be even more annoying so my suggest is under the employee section to add there last active: 1 hour .. e.c.t I think this will help out all company's and even more those who just starting one. Also the same goes with factions when trying to run a fraction and you have 100 members to check on can be very time consuming checking there profiles so many times a week so adding it in here as well will be very helpful to any faction. Example: [image: i.imgur.com]
