If you are looking for some quick cash
You can buy 100 items per day in the city. If you buy beer or lollipops I will buy them from you in bulk

Lollipops x100 = 1k sale price = 70k from me
Easy cash once a day. You can use the item market in the city to sell them for a bit more. But I will buy them all at once

Best advice that I can give to new players
Build up your battle stats - Pick a time when you will be home and full energy. Eat lollipops until you max out the booster timer. Go train in the gym. Try and do this about the same time everyday so the timer is worn off
The lollipops give happiness and higher happy gives better gym gains. Happy has a cap and anything over that will be reset every 15 minutes. 00 15 30 45.
If you can afford it. Buy ecstasy at 60-70k each. Use 1 after you eat the lollipops . Ecstasy doubles happiness
Rent a house with higher happiness. Some really good deals on the market
Build your stats up until they are higher than a couple of people on this list. Use all of your energy attacking them. Ignore the levels on the list - just make sure your battle stats are higher than theirs
