Why did it give the item to 1 participant and not into the inventory ?

I didn't send the item to anyone, I only put the 90% split and it must have done that

Will it continue to do that ?

We have done 2 'Best Of The Lot' OC's and both times we didn't receive the reward in our 'other' items
