I filter it to only show okay people but when I come back to it I have to refilter for okay people or ignore the filter and just scroll. Can’t we cache/save my last filter state. If I want it to go back to all I would just switch it. However, having to filter to okay every time when it’s obvious I’m using it to hit people not in the hospital seems inefficient.

Is there a title like outcast or avenger for someone with Gambling debts? Then people who spend constant time in debt or negative money on hand have a high a good chance of earning that title while still being about to scam some. Just a suggestion I don’t mug so I don’t really care.
