Personally think they should implement a linked factions system for sub factions. Even have it so that they are vetted as actually being under the same leadership umbrella. That way members within the "famliy" don't have to sit through 6 days of recruit status because of visiting a "famliy" faction. 6 days in total consisting of 3 days in visiting "famliy" faction and 3 days after returning to home faction.
