I would like to suggest that factions could Dirty Bomb their way out of a faction raid, by having the respect removed from a Dirty Bomb count in favor if there is a raid for the side that dropped it.
This would be a bonus on the DB functionality and be an incentive for smaller factions to also pursue a DB so they can defend them selfs from bigger ones.
It could also be a big incentive for smaller factions to go after bigger ones, by kicking it off with a big BOOOM
the city is cesium starved In the story lines of torn and to allow some balance in factions, i think a new faction organized crime should be implemented
Crime plot: Crime leader needs a hazmat suit Team assaults a nuclear facility
Outcomes: 1 or 2 cesiums in faction armory Jailings And radiation poisoning hospitalizations
This will also give use to neumune tablets during peacfull times... which e recon will be over all beneficial to torns economy
A stat that would be extremely useful for factions and chain management is in the final report adding a stat in each player line that displays his average fair fight bonus
It is very tough to see who chains correctly right now and this stat would be gold ... specially for faction leads
As is rackets income go to faction armories/leaderships this makes the proxy business for some factions extremly lucrative and dries up the map for everyone else.
faction members have low motivation to fight, and its a matter of the rich getting richer and the rest watching the big bullies suck up the resources and making things further imbalanced
this suggestion would change that, make racket income go directly to memebers in a per head distribuition, or at the very least if they still go to armory make payments a per head according to level
so, a level 1 casino (25 mill a day) would pay: 250k per person, 500k... all the way to 4 mill a day. a can racket would pay a can every 10 days at level 1, every 5 days at level 2 ... etc like this a high level proxy needs to be filled or the income is not distribuited.
this would also mean memebers have added interest to fight, since they get paid.
this also would incentivate memebers to hop around as different factions would have different policies about contribuitions and faction cuts, similar to what already happens with PAs

a) faction gets extorted b) faction grows some balls and tells the extortionist to F%$#& off c) a community manager trying to influence legitimate gameplay ... steps in because in some weird hallucinated reality he lives in this is a scam, and that Flux would now have to be extorted for the rest of their lives.
Memo to self: be sure to never subscribe, paying salaries to people that make this kind of idiotic decisions is a clear waste
Could be even worst... a good artist will always have work ... but if you studied your whole life to be for example a medical imaging professional (CT, MRA, etc) ... you are about to be overtaken because AI will do it better and faster than humanly possible ..... 10% of humans at best will be needed in a short future...

No hof factions, i am no where near active enough.
Sharkey was a coward... hes normal behaviour is, pick on someone ... get hes teeth kicke in... goes on to bully the noobs in that someones faction whan they have nothingto do with it in the first place.
Just a cowering pos.... torn is a a better place with him gone he took many noobs away from the game making them quit.
Moral of the story... if they Dont fight like meat heads, and actually use their inteligence to beat you they are a "bunch of cowards who has zero knowledge of how to actually fight"...
I think you are the one needing some lessons buddy on how to fight.... show some grace... you got out smarted and lost, no need to be a salty sore looser
