Hello,

Dunno if this was suggested before but it would be nice to have contracts when applying for a job, some people offer high salaries only to lower it afterwards, so it might cost to leave your previous jobs, also some companies train their employees for quite a while and then have them leave , so perks like this should be offered with a contract option with Salary / duration and other conditions. Factions could also use this as well.
