This isn't a fully formed suggestion, but one I was kind of surprised not to find on here already. The idea would be that, much like any store can ban people, you could setup a black list of people not allowed to shop in your Bazaar. Most likely it would function with limited slots like a friends or enemies list. I imagine it would also function independently from the block or enemies list.
As I am still pretty new here, is there a reason this would not work? For that matter is there a reason (other than buy muggers) that this would be a bad idea?
