Oh i forgot, I would have voted against a DB being used because i was hoping it'd be around long enough for me to convince atari to let me hold it for nw merits and mercs are cheaper.

lol TDT being a hot topic is so weird

I've known TDT since before farcough was around. Been back with them for over a year now.  Atari actually told me when i decided to stay at TDT that the only condition was i had to put up with farcough.

farcough has always been an abrasive drama queen, rambling crap in chats, getting into beefs with people.  But i guess seemed loyal to the faction and did put some effort in, so they put up with it i guess.  I can deal with idiots in chat (it's torn, you kinda have to), so it didn't bother me much.  I just kept hoping one of his dramas would be enough for leadership to kick him.  But they put up with him, because he tried sometimes i guess. 

Then he got his perms removed and the level of stupidity increased, petty shit like waiting til just after bankers go offline to request $69,420 and then complain in chat that there was no bankers and he was soooo needed.  Constantly whining about this and that.  Pushing to get in a fight with basically anyone.  imo leadership was too loyal to a jackass.

Anyway, yeah, Nemesis is slightly toxic, but actually in terms of faction morale i'd say he's an improvement over farcough. And that says a lot.

On the muggings.  I do see a difference between "Mugging a faction member" and "A longterm mug target joining your faction and not saying a thing.  That mug target telling farcough in chat to back off.  Removing that mug target because they told farcough to fuck off."

It's 3am and that's the end of my rant hopefully giving some context or it's unintelligible, good luck.

It doesn't matter if an employee is off sick, on vacation, or having a baby. Less employees at work means less effective work being done.

How is this resolved? Hiring someone in their place.

Employees not showing up to work definitely should affect effectiveness.
