Now he wants to get a race horse which is a bonus for starting the business and a horse can either come from the market where he/she has been trained or buy a baby horse box, and once established businesses can charge stud fees. Also besides training employees, directors can select to train horses for a fee, but training knly once a week or daily, also their can be many tiers to compete in depending on horses winning and rank, Kinda like premier league soccer and horses also age 1 year every 3 months or whatever is feasible. And torn citizens can bet on torn horses and have winnings by using the bookie or implementing a shortcut.

This might get more people interested in the casino or just in more offered features.
