Yesterday I bought a Donator Pack from the item market, it took my money but didn't give me my item. I've had this problem before with xanax but this is a bit more than $850k. I talked to a helper and they said they couldn't help me and to post here

I was fairly certain that I purchased a donator pack instead of a box of grenades but it could've been a mishap, I don't recall a warning. I'd appreciate the help!

I wanted to find a new game to play,
Then i came across Torn one day.

I started in March,
It created a spark,
Like gambling for the first time.

Training and doing crimes,
I'm always in my prime.
Now I'm almost a reviver,
and a leader to trash divers.

Now it's Christmas and I'm thankful for my faction and the friends I have made,
Even though some are straight ho-ho-hos anyway.

Here's to my many more years of torn,
(But I'm still not paying for donator packs, it's like paying for porn).
