Likes as archived at fetch time, adjusted for how long each post had been up. Scored posts only; the full score pass runs after the import.
It seems the territory war charts show times in local time instead of Torn time (UTC). I think it would be more logical to use Torn time.
Just noticed this comparing the timestamps returned from API against charts shown. In the example below the ending timestamp returned was 1617146290 which is Mar 30 2021 23:18:10 GMT+0000. However the chart shows ending date Mar 31 (I guess the exact date is Wed Mar 31 2021 02:18:10 GMT+0300 EEST which is my local timezone).

Vote for this! Even to have just a box to fill how many candies to eat would be like a godsend (similarly when you buy stuff).
