Yeah the reason why it's my IRL name is because I made this account when I was like 13 years old, I should probably change it again to not be my IRL name but I'm lazy, I'll do it at some point. Also thanks for being part of that effort, I've had people calling me slurs all the time and I'd report it and staff would just not take action about it, definitely one of the worse parts of this game.

I absolutely believe that it would have to be a case by case yhing, although I disagree on the legal documentation part. This is because in a lot of areas, including many states in the US, it's no longer possible to get those legal changes done. In my state I will have to go to court anf hope yhat a judge accepts my name change, whoch they might not for any reason, and so I've not been able to get mine legally changed yet.

Unfortunately, torn dors not hold completely solidarity with the trans community in my opinion, as they will not ban the t slur from being able to be said, and saying the slur results in no punishment.

The discrimination rule isn't enforced entirely tbh. For example, you can say the t slur as much as you like and staff won't do anything about it unfortunately enough.

I disagree with you on this situation, but I do agree that torn's rules are often arbitrary. For example, you can say tranny as much as you'd like and the staff has ruled that this is 100% okay, which feels in violation of "Hate speech and direct or indirect derogatory words / slurs regarding ethnic origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, misogyny, or misandry. This includes any text, imagery or flags displayed in support of discrimination, real-world terrorism, or Nazism." After reporting people for using tranny and mailing staff about wanting the word banned, because why be able to say that but not f**k, I was informed that it's okay to say it on here with no repercussions from the staff. I hope the same would not be said for the n word, and if it isn't, that  illustrates a situation where the staff is okay with transphobia, but racism is too far for them.
