Self explanatory title, and why it's important!!
I was extremely sick for the past few years and am about 7/8 recovered. I am trying to have a healthy lifestyle and that's starting with vegetables.
I can only eat potatoes, onions, garlics, cabbages (cut into small bite sized pieces and hidden), green peppers, eggplants, and chilli.
Friends have tried hiding vegetables, blending it into meaty sauce, all to no avail because I can taste vegetables no matter how hidden they are.
Vegetables I've tried: (I am willing to try again)
Mushroom (weird taste)
Cucumber (weird taste)
Lady's finger (bitter)
Bean sprouts (crunchy, some are nice but some aren't)
Please drop some recipes with your favourite vegetable/suggestions and I'll give it a try!
Edit: I have found a new vegetable that I can eat! It's water spinach (only the leafy part)

fast and transparent trade!
super fast trade, almost instantly after i added my item and a trade was done
yes definitely need a potato! Also the merit for finishing an opponent should be "mashed potato" instead of smashed potato for added humor
Had a severe illness and managed to get back too! Hope your recovery process is going smoothly!
Baby metal, love seeing their evolution
trader that trades guns, which is not common for traders. Fast and reliable
Was in a coma due to low blood sugar, stress, and overwork.
I set myself goals, placed apart in eights instead of the typical fourths, so as to not discourage myself. Setting it in fourths would mean I'll stagnate in one sector for too long, which can lead me to feel demotivated.
In each eighths, in summary, it is speech therapy, motor skills, fine motor skills, some daily activities. I've reached the point where I can go back to work (in a different place), and the final point for me would be to gain weight as I was underweight prior to fainting and going into coma (163cm, 38.5kg). Hence the last eighth, would be to eat healthily and gain weight, which is not too arduous of a goal.

Hi, thank you for the suggestions!
Lady's finger is also known as Okra, which is commonly used in curries!
The texture of lady's finger/Okra is interesting, as it can be soft and slightly soggy in curries while when it's stir fried, it becomes crunchy. They have a slimy texture when cooked, which helps to thicken curries.
Are there any mushrooms in specific that you think would be suitable for me? There are many different types of mushrooms and it can get pretty confusing on which one to eat :')
