Second : This is a benevolent collective helping endeavor without a none lucrative goal involved . There isn't any form of trade done for the services given .
Third : Any form of mugging , blackmail , harassment ( to any sex ) , cheating , or insults is forbidden in this community . They also can't use this community for justifying their actions to any of the previously stated offenses since it is forbidden on the community rules . Those who do it on the community platform have one warning , then they can never enter the community again myself included .
Forth : If anyone has any problem against the community's charity work or any problems with it , the posting of said problems on this thread will be non acceptable . You can consult me directly or post on a thread that I am working on for that problem , I am honest ,and all problems that you state on my personal pm , will be posted on that thread and will be resolved there or personally on my pm if you require discretion.

There is no need to consult with me for that , but I will sweep regularly and daily on the community post . If you got a worker , a new job and the post is outdated , leave it with your new staff satisfaction or job satisfaction .
Ninth : Any information collected for the help of the company , recruiter and player cannot be divulged or used for any reason except the community's intended role . All information given to the recruiter are confidential and if it is misused for undermining anyone or any company , the offending can be punished severely punished and excluded completely from the community if the crime is found out .
Tenth : The recruiter and company director can come to directly consult me if any problems arises with the staff employed to the employed company but there needs to be proof .

- Company player recruitment : This is when a recruiter goes to seeks out a player to propose him to take a job in a company . The company can be 0 star without any income to 10 star with billions of earning , but in the eye of the recruiter , all are same .
- Player job research : This is when a player comes requesting for a job or wants to do job researching in the community . He can come to request for the recruiter's opinion and job offers . The player needs to give details about his needs and qualities to the recruiter .
- Company director advertisements : The company director or any person working directly under one can come consult the recruiter for recruiting advises and job offer thread creation in the director's name .The said person can also ask for the creation and post of their company job offer thread made and done by the the players in charge of the community .
THE REQUIRED INFORMATION EXPECTED OF THE RECRUITER , COMPANY AND PLAYER X . HOWEVER IT IS NOT OBLIGATORY FOR ALL THE INFORMATION TO BE COMPLETED SINCE PLAYER PRIVACY IS REQUESTED SOMETIMES . ( Player X : Job researcher or player which the job is offered )
The recruiter has the obligation to give the companies ,name , income , stars , director capabilities , level , director's experience as one , the number of staff , the pay , the system of director training etc ...
The player needs to give details about his needs and qualities to the recruiter for better helping him if no the recruiter can't functions at his full capabilities since information is lacking. The frighting stats ( for hit man and security organization ), working stats, level , intended salary , play style targeted , special and bonuses targeted etc ...
The company Director has the obligation to give the required information for the recruiter so he can give it to the player .
Here are methods and precision on the company for those who never used it .
HOW TO GET YOUR JOB RESEARCH ADVERTISEMENT AND JOB SEARCHING ON THE THREAD ?
1. You contact me directly by my pm :samae
( You can generally contact me any time , just leave the desired information on my inbox to let me see , and I will get it on the thread as soon as I can , generally 1 hour after I see the inbox message . If I really can't do it at the moment , I will warn you beforehand and send you a schedule if you really need it posted on my thread . )
2. You give me the required information , and precise the ones you don't want to give . If you need me to put anything aesthetic that you want me to , then precise me the image URL or the message you send me to the inbox . Don't forget to at least precise your name .
3. You wait roughly an hour and you get your ad posted right here
There can only be 1 company in each type in the community thread , There is a time requirement of one week , after which the post will be taken out even if you get no offers .You can get a copy of it , if you precise me beforehand in the inbox message or pm me before the seven days.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE RECRUITER SPEND TOWARD A COMPANY DIRECTOR ?
The required minimal time which a recruiter have to commit searching for employees for a company is 1 week . This can however spread to several months if the community is needed . But the ones who will be given priority will be the newcomers and those who have none to few employees . The request will however be noted and will still be given attention fi anyone favorable to you demands are land marked . CAN A RECRUITER GUARANTEE ME EMPLOYS IN THE NEXT DAYS ?
No , It is a naive way to think about recruiting , it is all about choices and opinions at the very end . I can offer a deal for a player to join a company but if one of the player's friend ask him for help in his company and he wants to . I can't force him into the one I work as a recruiter as , I can gather his info and give it to the director so he or she can target him when they are more free like i will .

The criteria are simple for hiring :
The salary is 10000 $ for those with over 1000 in two stat , and 50000 $ for those with more than 2000 in 2 stat ;

SECOND : I never ever attack anyone , as long as I am not provoked enough that I warn them of their attitude toward me . I always try my best for a peaceful way to resolve things . Communication , compromise and logic is what is real confrontation not brawn nor threats and certainly not intimidation .
THIRD : I believe in honesty to ourselves and toward others , I back stab anyone , I do things following my principles and my code . I expect others to also follow their own and be direct about it , deceit is what breaks trust and without trust , there is no trade .
Now let's come into the main topic , Trading .

Among all the three types of trading , I always haggle since I am quite competitive and confident in my word battling skills . We all know that prices are subject to change since the market fluctuates, but I promise to update this post regularly to keep current prices. I will try my best to offer the best pay among traders .
Now for those who don't know about merchandise exchange trades , it is quite simple , let's take this following situation as an example :
- I am in possession of a brick with a buying cost of 5 $ in the item shop and a market selling cost of 534 $ ( at the current time of my post ) , I wish to get a sheep plushie because it is best at the market for the moment
- Mr X comes to me with a sheep plushie costing 25 $ in item shop and 609 $ at the market , he is interested in my brick and me in his plushie
- We haggle for a bit and accept that Mr X gives his final price of 500 $ for his plushie and me 450 $ for my brick
- We agree that there is a cost difference . I take out my brick and 50 $ for him and he gives me his plushie . I go my way and him his .
Voila the merchandise trade is over !!!
Now from this , you can gather a few rules when trading with me :
1 Both parties of the trade should accept fully the deal and prices and only then would the trade begin .
2 The trade can't be begin if one the the parties doesn't posses the required money or item . There will be no lending , late or installment payments .
3 The two parties involved in a thread can't be held accountable for any attacking or mugging after , before or during the trade . The protection of the items and goods fall responsible on the hands of the one possessing it . They will however have the right to ask questions and logs if they have any doubt , and the opposing party has the obligation to give it .
4 No outsider can be involved in a trade except the the two involved , may it be hit men, runners, another trader , item stock holders , bankers , third party , factions or companies . The banker and item stock holder can preserve the money or goods but the party receiving compensation in monetary form or object for the trade can ask to see if the money or item is really present or false .
5 The trade is a non emotional exchange , so no begging , emotional blackmail , sentimentality or anything non related to the trade cannot be viewed as an acceptable trading environment . Basic communication and manners are expected from both parties and jokes are included

I will usually use a fix percentage of increase from the buying price of the item . Generally it's 1,2 to 1,3 but it might change for pricey equipment , rare or low stock merchandise .

HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE RECRUITER SPEND TOWARD A COMPANY DIRECTOR ?
The required minimal time which a recruiter have to commit searching for employees for a company is 1 week . This can however spread to several months if the community is needed . But the ones who will be given priority will be the newcomers and those who have none to few employees . The request will however be noted and will still be given attention fi anyone favorable to you demands are land marked . CAN A RECRUITER GUARANTEE ME EMPLOYS IN THE NEXT DAYS ?
No , It is a naive way to think about recruiting , it is all about choices and opinions at the very end . I can offer a deal for a player to join a company but if one of the player's friend ask him for help in his company and he wants to . I can't force him into the one I work as a recruiter as , I can gather his info and give it to the director so he or she can target him when they are more free like i will .

You are expecting me to start an explanation of a company when I am doing advertisement which is supposed to attract people by using the fewest best best words possible to gain a maximum of people. If I say by your terms sir , nobody will apply for any company except the ones with 5 to 10 star . I would also like to mention that when you apply for a job , it is expected by the director ,the employees and the applicants that the company develops , so they could have better posting and aim higher. It comes with applying the job sir , so explaining something like this is details which are not necessary for a job ad . Apologizes in offending you in any way but
false promise sir ? A player can develop better in a growing company , which it is , She is a 1 star company owner freshly started , She isn't asking for high level players to give their time . She is asking for new people who want to make money and start a job . Promises is given everywhere people try to work for , I don't give false hope by saying that tomorrow they will become the director of the said company . Money is not easy to gain for low level players , it is harsh . giving an opportunity to someone is not false promise .Showing the end result which may be possible isn't false. Torn is a game which should played smartly not by only playing pumping abilities and equipment . But if they want to prove themselves in a job then they do need to work for it which I said it in my description sir .
