Adding additional evidence. Just happens when clicking on view team with "only show available targets" checked.
1) Discriminator
2) Tycoon
It doesn't seem to go away when scrolling, but does fix after reloading. It also doesn't seem to happen when looking with "only show available targets" unchecked.
As someone who cannot shake the "coward" title after chasing some merits three years ago (as funny as "legendary coward" can be), I'd love any new titles in general.

*Looks at 3D model of trout* well at least I still have you.
Speedy and dependable.

Torn Fact: Owing to the efficiency of its education system, Torn is one of the most educated cities in the world. Many residents have up to 12 Bachelor's degrees in an array of fields. Just don't ask for details on accreditation.
Much greater room for growth, better transparency regarding benefits, more interesting benefits, less manipulation, nicer UI, but a steeper buy-in. I think I will really appreciate this change eventually. As others have said, there are some sudden and painful losses, but overall I think it is a net positive.
I will say, from my current point of view, the change certainly seems to tip the scale in one direction. Some players will be able to buy benefits back immediately while others will need to wait and accrue more capital to get (back) in the game.
I am sad to have lost most of my benefits, but at least I have a better system to look forward to when I am able to buy in (again).
