Looking for a spouse who wants to share PI rent, 2600 happy.
Airstrip included (which makes all travel costs of the day 30k 15k since you're halfing the cost)

Upfront cost = 15m for the 3.3 months (a little over a third of the total cost)
Extra costs: 65k upkeep (6.5m total for the 100 days, - passed days)
