This makes it easier for faction leaders to place their investments into the players without going through the added hasle of tracking untitled monetary trades.. really helping out your faction is not the same as giving away challenges to new players. The new player requires the maintenance and development of relations as a member of a team.The ability to funnel resources to any new player already exists. The fear is that by making it readly accessible, new players will become too spoiled.
