Are you active, slightly unhinged, and capable of doing more than logging in once every lunar eclipse?
Then pull up a chair.
The Scullionsare looking for players who want to be part of a faction that is active, organised, profitable, and just chaotic enough to remain entertaining.
We are a loud, loyal crew of misfits who believe a faction should be more than a name under your profile: it should be a place where people contribute, communicate, grow, and occasionally make questionable decisions together.
What we offer
Regular Organised Crimes with a focus on strong success rates and consistent income.
Ranked War participation and the opportunity to earn while contributing to faction goals.
A faction that values activity, teamwork, communication, and personal growth.
A lively community with Discord, faction chat, events, banter, and enough nonsense to keep things interesting.
Support for newer and lower-ranked players who are willing to learn and put in the effort.
Leadership that actually plans, communicates, and knows the difference between “chaos” and “complete administrative collapse.”
What we are looking for
We want active players who:
Log in regularly.
Take part in OCs, chains, wars, and faction activities.
Are willing to stack, prepare, and contribute when it matters.
Read faction chat and important announcements.
Communicate when real life gets in the way.
Have Donator status, or are willing to obtain it.
Want to improve rather than simply occupy a slot.
Bring some personality to the party.
You do not need to be the strongest player in Torn. We can work with developing stats. What matters more is that you are reliable, engaged, and willing to show up when the curtain rises.
What we do not need
We are not looking for:
Spectators.
Permanent AFKs.
People who join for the benefits and vanish when contribution is required.
Players who treat faction chat like a museum exhibit.
Human-shaped energy bars with no intention of using them.
We want people who put on a show.
That does not mean you need to be online 24/7 or sacrifice real life for a browser game. It means that when you are here, you participate. You hit when called, stack when needed, join the OCs, communicate clearly, and help make the faction stronger than it was yesterday.
Why the Scullions?
Because perfection is overrated and misfits are more fun.
We are building a faction where active players can earn, grow, compete, and enjoy the game with people who actually care. Whether you are a seasoned veteran, an ambitious mid-game player, or a promising newcomer with more enthusiasm than battlestats, there is room for you—provided you intend to use it.
So, if you are ready to stop lurking in the cheap seats and step into the spotlight, send us an application or contact our leadership.
The stage is set. The lights are flickering. The audience is impatient.

I have an idea that I think would make the game more realistic and fun: adding weather conditions to the game mechanics.
Weather conditions are a natural phenomenon that affect many aspects of our lives, such as travel, health, mood, and activities. I think it would be interesting to see how weather conditions would affect the gameplay of Torn City, such as crimes, racing, flying, and more.
Here are some examples of how weather conditions could influence the game:
- Crimes: Weather conditions could affect the difficulty and success rate of certain crimes, depending on the type of crime and the weather. For example, pickpocketing could be easier in rainy weather, as people are more distracted by their umbrellas and wet clothes. However, arson could be harder in rainy weather, as the fire would be more likely to be extinguished. Weather conditions could also affect the rewards and penalties of crimes, such as money, items, experience, and jail time. - Racing: Weather conditions could affect the performance and handling of cars, depending on the type of car and the weather. For example, sports cars could have an advantage in sunny weather, as they can accelerate faster and maneuver better. However, off-road vehicles could have an advantage in snowy weather, as they can cope better with slippery roads and obstacles. Weather conditions could also affect the risks and rewards of racing, such as damage, repairs, prizes, and respect. - Flying: Weather conditions could affect the availability and duration of flights, depending on the destination and the weather. For example, flights to tropical destinations could be more frequent and cheaper in sunny weather, as there is less demand and less risk of delays or cancellations. However, flights to polar destinations could be less frequent and more expensive in snowy weather, as there is more demand and more risk of delays or cancellations. Weather conditions could also affect the events and outcomes of flying, such as smuggling, items, and travel merits.
These are just some of the possible influences of weather conditions on the game. Of course, there could be many more, and they could vary depending on the season, the time of day, and the location. Also seasonal weather like snow and ice could add complexity to the game mechanics and some events maybe. I think adding weather conditions to the game mechanics would make the game more dynamic, challenging, and immersive, as players would have to adapt to different situations and plan their actions accordingly.
