This reminds me of something funny that happened a few years ago.
I had some irl issues with the biological father of my two (step) daughters, who is also on Torn.
In that time I was with the name "-Rene". I remember him going inactive for a while, but before going the idiot went and changed his name.
Needless to say, I had to do this for the memes;
-Rene mugged Reneisabitch for $363 (+3.64)

Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will be these chats. But with minimal effort from now, I bet we can have something equal to old chats, and with some more, something even better!
I don't think it was rushed, just have to start from somewhere..
