I'm looking for two people to fill positions in the Sweet Shop I run. There's no tax on cans and you get daily trains (free of course). Higher the stats the more addiction I let slide and I accomdate the need to stack for war.
currently at 7 Star but was recently back at 10 Star. Its an old company that has normally sat in the top 10 for 10 Stars for the year or so I've owned it.
I'm looking for people with a MINIMUM of 50k stats in two stats in order to get back to 10 Star. I WILL NOT accept your application if you do not meet those requirements. I'm looking to go back to our previous status, not give trains to new players.

I’ve had a bunch of people leave without warning that has dropped our rating and I’d very much like to see it go back. We were a top 10 10* until this turn over. Yes, I have the education and stocks, I’ve owned this company for years (it’s a 4 year old company). I just need employees with the stats and that are willing to stay.

The perks are Energy Drinks at 15 points (random) and happiness increase using points (up to 4500, when back to 10*)
With those two people we’ll be back to 10* in a week.

Okay okay, we’re currently 9* but we’ll go back to 10* on Sunday. We have been for years but I slacked last week and addiction has been a thing.

You’re missing out on support/advice that could really help you. I was in a faction for years with a few people from another game and we did nothing. It hindered me. I joined (and then became the leader) in my current faction and I’ve grown 10 fold more in my time here than I did the entire time before. We only war every other week just so training and such remains a priority.
The new system is awesome when you get matched with a faction who’s double your respect and has 18+ (or almost all for a lot of the faction) untouchable players. If the system is gonna completely f**k the loser they could at least make an effort to make the matching process do more even matches. Nothing like having <1% of your opponents total BS lol

Bump - Make that THREE cause people just leave without warning and making it difficult to attract new employees. I let people run addiction as needed, especially for faction affair, and give daily trains with no can tax. You can’t lose.
