I have seen many company owners getting fedded and marked for deletion, instead of disbanding the company after money runs out, the fedded person will be auto removed and put on this foreclosure auction so there can placed in a new director :-) also same for factions :-) And if there is no bids on the company after a certain time limit the company will get disbanded. I think this can be a good thing to have in this cool game ?
