Just became co-leader of our sister faction and it's still pretty basic like 3 upgrade in total rn but I have no idea what I'm really doing so any tips?

THREAT LEVEL ZERO IS RECRUITING
Faction is still in baby stage and still trying to grow so looking for people who are active and ready for war that can help us gain respect nice and quick while hopefully making a nice bit of money
*prefer discord to communicate for wars and chains
*be chill we are all fairly friendly
*be active afk for over a week witbout warning is a boot but you can come back when your more active
* not many perks as of right now
+2 travel cap
+1% strength and dex gains
We will be a warring and chaining faction with breaks to train here and there
Armory is empty as of right now trying to fix that
Like I said we are still trying to grow and catch up to our primary faction so I'm taking anyone who can help us grow stronger so we can help you get money and some good gains while we are at it
Most members are not participating so we are scrubbing and recruiting all over again since this faction used to be or the non/active players but I'm trying to change that
