I haven't played in a few years and I have 114 refills and I have a ugly energy book, I'm being told multiple things and ways to best use them, some are telling me to save them till I can afford to also use hotel coupons and 99k jumps, I'm also being told to don't wait for fhc and just use refills with 99k jumps because jumps wont matter as much once my stats are higher. My stats are around 10k each and I don't have anywhere close to enough cash to be buying fhcs and don't really have the money for 99k jumps right now either, so I'm just trying to figure out what's the best way to use my refills and if I should use the ugly e book or wait for another year or 2 till I can get enough money, thanks ahead of time for all replys and help!

I'm level 18, don't have high stats at all but I have the ugly energy book, 114 refills, and a donator box, so I can get my stats up really high if someone could show me how to best utilize them, only have 40m in the bank and not much else, I have 3 kids and a lot of irl stuff going on so I can't log on all day, once maybe twice a day some times,  comment below your faction link so I can check it out, thanks!

I have pioneer gym unlocked, should I wait for a certain or better gym to use the refills?
