Is there a guide or a post somewhere that explains what the different positions in a company contribute?
Such as is a manager better than a salesperson at contributing to the store sales, are they equal. Do cleaners contribute to sales at all. And if there are any sort of rough values available for how much they contribute. Something like a detailed breakdown / rough estimate of what each position offers.
Appreciate the response. I have seen that and looked through the wiki info already. I was looking for something more detailed, if that even exists. Something like:
Company sales vs 100%
Trainee: 15% of 100% Salesperson: 40% of 100% Store Manager: 40% of 100% ( But buffs other employees work stats) Lingerie Model: 30% of 100% (But buffs total customers per day )

We have a few employees and are seeking more. Bonuses will be handed out as we gain stars, as well as pay increases across the board. As of this point I am looking for Trainees and Salespersons.
Trainee - 1000 End / 500 Int = 50k per day Salesperson - 4500 End / 2,250 Int = 100k per day
