I was just wondering what specifically causes a company to upgrade its star rating?
I figured it was based on income, but my company is making significantly more than most of the two star rated companies, but it stayed at one star on Sunday.
So just curious what is actually used to decide when a company upgrades its star rating? I've tried searching it and any answers I find are pretty vague.
We are a brand new pub trying to make our way in this crazy town. We care more about finding a dedicated employee who is in it for the long haul rather than just finding the highest stats.
Stats are not important to us, what's important is that you'll want to help the company to succeed. Our success will be passed down to our employees.
Starting wage is 5K for brand new players with low stats, but if you have higher stats I am open to offers for a higher wage.
Check us out at The Easing Badger, a quaint little English pub in the heart of Torn city.
I go to Advanced Search, and try and narrow my results by last action. In the screenshot, you can see I set it to 15 min - 1 Hour.
Yet, the results come back with every player in the level range I've provided, regardless of how long since their last action. Most of the players in the second screenshot haven't done an action in months.
Just a quick question about re-allocating faction upgrades.
I know you can't re-allocate the core ones, but for the other branches, can you completely reallocate branches? Like, instead of Steadfast first you want Excursion first or something? Or once you pick the order of branches are you stuck with that order forever?
I've got one opening left in my hair salon. We have starred up very quickly, and are well on our way to ten stars. Also, trains are offered on a fair, evenly split basis. No paying for trains. Apply now!
Let's start by saying a lot of you in this thread need to relax, and your expectations are wildly unrealistic.
I think, from a game perspective, this change makes a whole lot of sense. If this is how the stock market was from the beginning, everyone would agree it's the far superior system.
My only issue is with the rollout itself. It was very hasty, and was bound to be met with resistance because of that. Perhaps a week of buffer, or change one stock per day with the proposed number of stocks so people just didn't wake up one day missing a few of their blocks that they thought they had.
But honestly, other than a hasty rollout, it's a far superior system. In a couple weeks people are gonna completely forget about this and agree with the new system.

Might be a bit of a silly question, but does the branch have to be unlocked for the challenges to start counting?
Or, like in the example of steadfast, does it start counting every train from the beginning, or do you need to have steadfast unlocked in order for it to start counting them?
