Hi all! Not sure if this will be received well but hey I'm excited and wanted to share. :)
TLDR: I Tried to be unique and creative for Mrs. Torn with a SE Parachute and even though the Torn community doesn't seem to like it, I had a blast and it was TOTALLY worth it!
A couple years ago I got 5th place in Mrs. Torn with a kinda attack screen theme. Pics on my profile sig or HERE if anybody is interested. I wanted to do something else creative and unique this year and thought I've seen people posing with skateboards and dumbbells but never have I seen anybody pose with a SE parachute. Thus began my planning. I have never jumped out of an airplane before but I figured what the hell. My only issue was to somehow get a pic and my name and year in the pic. Luckily the place that I went skydiving went offered photos and videos, for an additional cost of course. I asked them for advice on getting my name and they offered a sharpie for my hand, as taking anything up with me was not allowed for safety reasons.
Although I'm not getting many good votes, I'm still very happy with the experience and think I may have the only SE Parachute submission.

Just going to come in and say I've been the most impressed with the person who was scammed. This individual, plays a game while overcoming challenges in life and in Torn yet still does everything he can to help other players. He would do anything to help a stranger in need. On top of that, after this tremendous setback his attitude is one of self accountability and resilience. He recognized that he wrongly put faith and trust in someone but that doesn't sour his determination to recover and keep charging forward.
This is really a testament to his perseverance. I wish more people were like him, he truly is an example to society.
Lastly, please remember, while this is a crime game, you literally have no idea who you are hurting when you abuse someone's trust. In fact, it is those trusting souls who are probably the most innocent and genuine irl. There are teenagers, challenged, and lots of all around good people who try to help complete strangers in the game. Sure a mug or a lesson in protecting yourself is part of the game, but billion dollar scams on those who for whatever reason trust people they shouldn't (too kind, trusting, or young) are just mean.
Everything is zoomed in and I can't zoom out or scroll left or right to see the rest of the screen. Everything else on my phone is regular size. The Torn app is the only thing zoomed. I've cleared the cache. When logging in via a browser on my phone, it is fine.
I joined a race. It said there were 5 racers out of a possible 100. Once I joined, my icon turned green but the race screen doesn't show any of the racers, including me, except for the one who created the race.
The whole team was amazing, so much activity, motivation, fun, and teamwork. Loved being lucky enough to be randomly selected for the team. Was one of the best, if not the best elimns ever!
Leadership was phenomenal, aligned and communicated nonstop. Directions were clear and the strategy obviously was spot on.
